a lovely gift box

This was my last day of break and this concludes my photo a day for winter break. I think I did fairly well. I took a photo every day (except one) and I uploaded regularly for the first half of the break (before my computer started to act up). I know I will be doing this experiment again so if you enjoyed the photos from wonderland I recommend you follow the blog so you don't have to check back.

oh yes, traveling is very grand...

the lamp post of belle isle

I love my friends because they are well read. We spent a good portion of the afternoon exploring Belle Isle, and I spent a good portion of that portion of the afternoon taking photos. The only photo they demanded I take was this one; because it reminded them of The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe.

i wish this was better centered

I took this photo using super stealth mode; i.e. I put the camera on the table and clicked the button without looking through it. No one knew I was taking a picture! I wish I'd captured a little more of the table. Oh well, I love the focus on the table and the similarly dressed employees at the bar in the back. Plus, you can see a lot of the restaurant, which has an amazingly funky vibe. Mamma Zu's in Richmond.
